Callater Project
Callater was a brownfield regeneration project and was completed in 2017, The Callater Well itself was a new discovery from the operator and had to be tied back into the existing platform. We as a company provided commissioning services throughout the entire project ensuring that all deliverable's were met whilst ensuring all Completions & Certification Handover Packages (CCHP's) were completed on schedule without any risk to operations or safety.
DeltaV Upgrade Project
Huge Project comprising of Pre-commissioning / commissioning over 1500 loops leading up to and during the TAR outage on Beryl Bravo platform. Cold loop, powering and function testing of all instrumentation according to the software specification back to the new Emerson DeltaV control system. Ensuring all alarms and executive actions are implemented into the software. Carrying out C+E testing where applicable and completing CCHP work packs. CompEx inspections completed on all newly installed instrumentation.
Maintenance Support
Providing Time Served Qualified Instrument Technicians to assist with the platform operators safety critical backlog. Carrying Out, Routine, Planned and Preventative maintenance on all aspects of instrumentation.
